Evergreen Summit Roofing is a licensed Washington roofing contractor based in Sedro-Woolley, owned and run by Jose Rangel. We install, repair and replace roofs for homeowners across Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish and Island counties.
The name comes from what is around us, the evergreens and the peaks of the North Cascades, and it is a fair description of how we think about a roof. It should stand up to everything this corner of Washington throws at it, and it should still be doing its job years after we have driven away.
That means we would rather tell you your roof has five good years left than sell you one you do not need. It means estimates in writing, photos of what we actually found, and a crew that cleans up after itself. It is a simple way to run a roofing company, and it is the only way we are interested in running one.
If your question is not here, call or text and ask. We will give you a real answer instead of a sales pitch.
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers have to come off, the condition of the decking underneath, and the material you choose. That is why we do not quote roofs over the phone. We inspect it, show you photos, and give you a written line-item estimate at no cost.
Most residential re-roofs are finished in one to three working days once materials are on site. Roof size, complexity and Northwest weather can change that, and we will tell you what to expect before we start rather than after.
No. Inspections and written estimates are free, and there is no obligation to move forward.
Yes. Evergreen Summit Roofing LLC is a registered Washington contractor, bonded and insured. Our license number is EVERGSR740LW and you can verify it yourself on the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries contractor lookup.
Often, yes. If a repair is the right call, we will say so. We would rather do an honest repair now and earn the replacement when you actually need it.
Call or text (360) 724-8377 and we will get you on the schedule. If you have an active leak, say so when you reach out and we will prioritise it.
Free inspection, free written estimate, and an honest recommendation, even when that means telling you the roof you have is fine.
Roof replacements, new roof systems, repairs and skylights for homes across Northwest Washington. Honest communication, and craftsmanship built to last.
